Nutryfit provides nutritional guidance, personalized diet charts, and wellness counseling designed by qualified dietitians. • NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Nutryfit services, meal plans, calculators (BMI, Calorie, Hydration), and website articles do NOT constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical prescriptions. • PHYSICIAN CONSULTATION: If you have existing medical conditions including PCOD/PCOS, Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid disorders, Hypertension, Renal disease, Heart conditions, or if you are Pregnant or Lactating, you must consult your primary physician before starting any diet program. • NO DRUG PRESCRIBING: Nutryfit dietitians do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications or modify existing physician-prescribed treatments.

Nutryfit offers online personalized diet consultations delivered digitally: • Customized meal plans tailored to Indian and Kerala food culture and personal preferences. • Dedicated 24/7 support from assigned dietitians via WhatsApp and scheduled phone calls. • Access to free health calculation tools available on nutryfit.in. Consultation guidance relies entirely on information provided by the client. Nutryfit is not responsible for outcomes stemming from inaccurate health reporting.

To receive safe and effective diet recommendations, you agree to: 1. Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date health data, including medical conditions, food allergies, height, weight, and activity levels. 2. Immediately inform your Nutryfit dietitian if you experience any physical discomfort, unusual symptoms, or changes in medication. 3. Maintain polite and professional communication with dietitians and support staff.

• Advance Payment: All diet plan subscriptions must be paid in full prior to initial consultation and meal chart creation. • Non-Refundable Policy: Because our services involve customized digital consultation and personalized intellectual work, fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once consultation has taken place or the meal chart preparation has commenced. • Plan Pause Option: If unexpected emergency or health reasons occur, plan pause requests can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.

Health, fitness, and weight loss outcomes depend on various individual factors, including metabolic rate, physical activity, genetic history, and daily diet adherence. Nutryfit provides expert scientific structure, but cannot guarantee identical numerical weight loss results for every client within fixed time limits.

All content on nutryfit.in, including text, graphics, logos, meal charts, recipes, calculators, software code, and design templates, are the exclusive intellectual property of Nutryfit. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
